- Ultrasonic, non-volatile UR meters are designed to measure the volume of liquid flowing through its flow cavity.
- "UR" can be used to measure the volume of both electrically conductive liquids and dielectric liquids with a viscosity of not more than 50cSt in filled pressure pipelines with a pressure of not less than 0.05 MPa, the gas factor (i.e. free undissolved gas) is not more than 1% by volume, the content of solid particles is up to 1% by volume.
- The housing and the flow part are made of high-strength thermoplastic that can withstand temperatures up to 250 ° C, a pressure of at least 5MPa at an operating pressure of up to 1.6 Mpa. The thermoplastic of the flow part does not reflect the ultrasonic signal, which eliminates the phenomenon of interference and significantly improves the metrology and reliability of the "UR" of small diameters.
- The principle of operation of the flow converter is based on measuring the difference in the time of passage of the ultrasonic beam in the flow and against the flow with automatic compensation of the functional dependence of the speed of the ultrasonic beam on the temperature of the measured fluid flow.
- Electromagnetic flowmeters "ER" are designed to measure the volume of liquid flowing through its cross-section and convert the volume value into quantity into the number of pulses at the output.
- "ER" can be used to measure the volume of electrically conductive liquids with a specific electrical conductivity of 10-4 Cm/m, in filled pressure pipelines.
- The "ER" flow cavity has a rectilinear cross-section, which made it possible to significantly improve the flow velocity plot along the cross-section to improve metrological characteristics.
- The housing and the flow part are made of high-strength thermoplastic that can withstand temperatures up to 250 ° C. ER flow converters can be used as a primary device as part of a heat meter.
- Vortex, non-volatile meters "BP" (the previous name of VPR, VRTK-2000) are used to measure the volume and flow of electrically conductive liquids with a specific electrical conductivity from 10-4 to 10 Cm / m in filled pressure pipelines for accounting and settlement operations and technological processes in various industries, including in water and heat supply.
